Louis is Robert and Ollala's father, as well as Henry and Maggie's son. His life was saved by Vishal Najaran. A captain who fought the Ottoman Empire during World War 1, where he was accused of murdering a British fellow officer, 'Captain Dauncey,' who was really Captain Dance. In 1913 (22 years ago), Captain Dance, the Cutter and a group of Vetala are searching for Robert and Olalla in a barn house and they successfully found them beneath the floorboards. One of the Vetala holding Robert telling him its alright and Robert realises that it is Louis in disguise. Captain Dance then effected Robert with a potion. Enraged at what he did to his son, Louis attacked Dance and escaped, unable to save his daughter.
